RETURN POLICY & LEGAL

CANCELATION POLICY FOR AN ADULT DOG (BEFORE RECEIVING THE DOG):
At the time of commitment for an adult dog purchase, Canine Extreme will require a 20% down payment, with the balance due no later than the date the dog is to be shipped or picked up. If the buyer wishes to cancel the purchase of a dog at any time and for any reason, the 20% down payment shall be forfeited by the buyer. All down payments for dogs at Canine Extreme are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

RETURN POLICY (AFTER RECEIVING THE DOG):
All sales are final & no refunds will be offered. 
If, for any reason, the Buyer cannot keep the dog within the first six months from purchase, Canine Extreme will accept the return of the dog for free, no questions asked.  All health records and registration papers must accompany the dog at time of return.  Once a dog has been returned, any decision to rehome it will be at the sole discretion of Canine Extreme.  Any decision to accept return of a dog more than 6 months after the date of from purchase will be within the sole discretion of Canine Extreme. No dogs over the age of 6 years will be accepted for return.

 

PUPPY DEPOSIT/PAYMENTS/VIP PROGRAM
Canine Extreme offers a VIP Puppy Waiting List program which requires a $500 deposit which will be applied towards the purchase price of a German Shepherd puppy once it has been selected. All VIP Puppy Waiting List deposits/puppy deposits/payment towards a future puppy are non-refundable. If the customer decides that he/she no longer wishes to move forward with the purchase of a German Shepherd puppy, this payment shall be forfeited and no refund will be made. Any down payment toward the purchase of a puppy will remain valid for a period of 3 years.

 

CONSIGNMENT/RESALE
In some select cases, Canine Extreme will consider accepting a dog for consignment/resale. This decision to accept a dog on consignment will be at the sole discretion of Canine Extreme and will be limited to dogs under the age of 5 years. Any dog accepted for consignment must be at Canine Extreme’s facility in order to be offered for sale. Any veterinarian fees incurred while the dog is on consignment are the sole responsibility of the owner and satisfactory arrangements must be made between the owner and the veterinarian for payment of said fees prior to the dog being at Canine Extreme’s facility. Canine Extreme requires a consignment contract to be signed/dated by all parties involved which will outline details on pricing, length of consignment, commission, liability and any other information deemed necessary.
