This is a litter that is especially exciting for us at Canine Extreme, bringing together our own breeding program with one of the most accomplished German Shepherds in the world today. Leading Lady Canine Extreme, bred here at Canine Extreme, traveled to Germany where she competed on the world stage and earned an outstanding SG11 at the 2025 BSZS, the German Shepherd World Championship. Following the BSZS, Leading Lady remained in Germany where she was bred to 4X VA (BSZS) Calvados vom Holtkämper Hof, before making the journey home to Florida to whelp and raise her litter here at Canine Extreme.

This pairing brings together two exceptional pedigrees and generations of some of the most influential German Shepherd bloodlines in the world. We expect rich red and black, long coat puppies with beautiful breed type, strong pigmentation, substantial structure and the temperament and working ability that remain so important to our breeding program. With a mother bred, raised and proven by Canine Extreme and a sire who has earned the coveted VA rating at the BSZS three consecutive years, including VA1 in 2025, this is a truly special litter and one we are incredibly proud to welcome home.
The sire to this litter is Calvados vom Holtkämper Hof, a once in a lifetime male who has established himself among the elite German Shepherds in the world. Calvados is 3X VA at the BSZS (2023, 2024 & VA1 2025) and is once again making a run for glory in 2026. He is HD Normal and ED Normal through the German SV and, beyond his own accomplishments, is proving himself as an exceptional producer of dogs with strong work ethic, health and temperament. His daughter Alexa Team Haus Romünder earned VA6 at the 2025 BSZS, with numerous other offspring achieving top results at the World Championship, in IGP and beyond. Dogs like Calvados do not come along often, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have caught his wave of glory and incorporated these genetics into our own breeding program.
Calvados is sired by Olymp vom Lärchenhain (V LGZS, IGP1, KKL, HD Normal, ED Normal), a substantial male with good bone, structure and topline whose pedigree carries influential dogs including Zamp vom Thermodos and Yasko vom Farbenspiel. His mother, Deli vom Holtkämper Hof (VA4 BSZS, IGP2, KKL, HD Normal, ED Normal), comes from a maternal line that is especially close to home for us. Deli is the full sister and littermate to our own Daphne vom Holtkämper Hof and is a daughter of Oana vom Holtkämper Hof, the VA1 BSZS 2019 working female. Oana herself is a daughter of the legendary Willy vom Kuckucksland, a multiple VA and VA1 BSZS champion and one of the most influential producers of his generation. This family has performed at the highest level of the breed for generations, combining dogs such as Willy vom Kuckucksland, Peik vom Holtkämper Hof, Zamp vom Thermodos and Flipp von Arlett into a pedigree with an extraordinary history of producing German Shepherds capable of excelling in structure, work and character.
The mother to this litter is our very own Leading Lady Canine Extreme, a female who has made us incredibly proud both here at home and on the world stage. Leading Lady spent a year in Germany where she earned her IGP1, was 3X SG1 on the German show circuit, and finished an outstanding SG11 at the 2025 BSZS World Championship, leaving a lasting impression in Germany as a top contending young female. Leading Lady is sired by Indoctro Canine Extreme (V BSZS, IGP3, KKL), a Canine Extreme bred, owned, handled and trained male whose pedigree combines Team Marlboro Hilton (VA9 BSZS'19) and Whisper vom Holtkämper See (VA3 USA'22), along with generations of VA rated dogs including Yuri vom Osterberger Land, Henko and Fight vom Holtkämper Hof, Peik vom Holtkämper Hof, Remo vom Fichtenschlag and Zamp vom Thermodos. Her mother, Friedchen v.d. Burg Reichenstein, is a daughter of the legendary Willy vom Kuckucksland, a 4X VA BSZS male, including two VA1 titles, and one of the most influential producers of his generation. Friedchen's mother Zoe von der Burg Reichenstein (VA5 BSZS'16, IPO3, KKL) adds another proven generation to this exceptional female line.
