This is an exciting litter for us at Canine Extreme, bringing together two German imported parents and a beautiful combination of German Shepherd breed type with strong, proven working genetics. Quai vom Fichtenschlag brings the structure, substance, pigmentation and presence of generations of accomplished German showlines, while Hexe adds the confidence, athleticism, environmental stability and natural working ability we value so highly. Together, we expect these puppies to develop into beautiful, versatile German Shepherds with the temperament and willingness to work that can make them equally enjoyable as family companions and training partners. The litter consists of five beautiful puppies, including three red and black and two sable puppies, and we are excited to watch their individual personalities begin to develop over the coming weeks.
German Shepherd puppies from this litter are $5,500 and will come with full AKC registration and our health guarantee. Puppies will be eight weeks old and available to go home on or after November 12th, 2026. The sire to this litter is Quai vom Fichtenschlag, a German bred male whose pedigree combines generations of influential showline German Shepherds with proven working ability. Quai is sired by Henry Latmon (V30 BSZS'21, IGP3, KKL, HD/ED Normal), a proven producer descending through Margin Yes and Ema-Black Lehmburg. His father line carries some of the most recognizable dogs in the breed, including Furbo degli Achei, Quenn vom Löher Weg, Vegas du Haut Mansard, Conbhairean Uno, Flipp von Arlett, Zamp vom Thermodos and Quantum von Arminius. Quai's mother, Liana vom Fichtenschlag (V, IPO1, KKL), continues that quality through Djambo vom Fichtenschlag and Xania von den Paderquellen, both proven producers of VA rated progeny. Deeper into the pedigree are the Holtkämper and Fichtenschlag genetics we know particularly well, including Peik vom Holtkämper Hof, Ilbo vom Holtkämper See, VA1 Iliano vom Fichtenschlag and the legendary VA1 Remo vom Fichtenschlag. With a line breeding to 4X VA Vegas du Haut Mansard and generations of dogs proven in both show and work, Quai brings structure, breed type, temperament and a strong genetic foundation to this pairing. His pedigree represents the balance we appreciate in a German showline: beautiful conformation and movement supported by generations of dogs that were also expected to work, title and prove themselves before contributing to the next generation.
The mother to this litter is Hexe, a powerful German imported working female whose pedigree brings an entirely different but complementary influence to this breeding. Her sire, Fedor von Ungalant, represents generations of German working bloodlines selected for temperament, trainability, durability and dependable work ethic, with influential dogs including Orlo von der neuen Hüs, Etzel vom Stadtfeld, Wotan vom Bärenfang, Yoris vom Osterberger Land and Vegas du Haut Mansard. Hexe's mother, Bellini vom Flaming Star, continues the working foundation through dogs such as Lincoln von Electric Avenue, Bruno vom Flüssenpfad, Tyson von der Schiffslache, Amigo von der Holzinger Au, Olex de Valsory and Falko vom Kappbusch. Throughout both sides of Hexe's pedigree are generations of titled German Shepherds known for strong nerves, grips, environmental soundness and the ability to perform in obedience and protection. Those genetics show clearly in Hexe herself, who brings confident working drives, athleticism, environmental stability and a natural willingness to work. Combining those qualities with Quai's substantial structure and showline genetics is what makes this breeding particularly interesting to us, with each parent contributing a distinctly different strength to the pedigree.
